Payment Schedule
Time Sheets
Due every MONDAY latest. If delayed beyond Monday, your payment will be delayed.
Payment Notification
Typically 2 days prior to deposit for all ACH: On Wednesday of each week you will receive a payment notification for the previous weeks hours.
Deposits
Are made via Bank ACH and will show up in your account on or before close of business Friday.
e-Signatures
Futurelink Consulting uses e-signatures from Adobe or Docusign and other reputable providers
Easier Setup and Changes
We use Adobe e-Sign or Docusign and other reputable providers to get you set up in our system. We also require any changes to be signed off via e-Sign process. We keep it simple and accurate.
Bank Holidays
Below is the holiday schedule observed by the Federal Reserve System. These are the bank holidays for 2023.
When there is a bank holidays on any day of the week, all payments are pushed back by a day. For example a deposit due on Friday would be pushed to the following Monday
